The process
Each design is born from an inspiration and is made to accompany important moments: civil weddings, corporate events and social celebrations. Here I explain, step by step, how I work so you know exactly what to expect from the first contact until you receive your final files ready to print.
These are finished designs, organized in collections that share the same aesthetic, color palette and visual identity.
You can select a collection and ask for its designs to be adapted to the sizes and formats you need for your project.
Catalog designs include my signature, discreetly integrated at the bottom of the design.
If you are looking for something created specifically for your company, I can develop a design from scratch and adapt it to your colors, style and preferences.
I can also use an existing collection as a starting point or source of inspiration to create a completely new design.
The conditions of use and, where applicable, exclusivity of an exclusive design will be established beforehand in the quote and in the corresponding license.
I can integrate your company’s corporate colors or adapt any design, whether catalog or exclusive, to your visual identity.
This service has an additional cost.
If you want something similar to an existing collection but with certain changes, I will study each case individually. Depending on the scope of the changes needed, the project may be considered an adaptation of an existing design or may become an exclusive design.
To prepare your quote and start the project I need to know:
The more information you give me about what you are looking for, the better I can adapt the design to your project.
As I move forward with the project, I can send you sketches or initial proposals for your review.
Once the sketch is approved, I continue developing the design. If it needs adjustments, I make them before moving forward.
The design is not considered finished until you have approved the result. Changes needed within the design process are included according to the conditions agreed in the quote.
Once the final design has been approved and delivered, any later modification will have an additional cost.
You can request your designs in the sizes you need, including custom sizes, with the width and height of your choice.
The same design can be adapted to several different sizes.
All my products are exclusively digital.
Each design included in a collection is delivered in two formats: PDF and PNG, with a separate file for each design.
The PDF is delivered in CMYK, specially prepared for professional printing. Files are delivered in high resolution and adapted to the requested sizes.
Delivery is made via WeTransfer, to make downloading easy and keep the quality of the files.
Editable files or source files of the designs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop or other working formats, are not delivered.
Sizes, formats, additional files or adaptations not initially included will have an additional cost, which will be indicated beforehand in the quote.
I keep a backup copy of each project to make it easy to resend the files, place a new order or provide text-adding services in the future.
Once you receive the design, you can add the texts you need using the program you normally use, such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design software.
You can also send the file directly to your trusted printer to produce the corresponding physical material, always within the uses permitted by the license acquired.
If your company, for example, creates invitations, event stationery or similar products, you can use my designs to create those products for your own clients.
This means you can add the texts, names, dates and other information the end client needs and produce the corresponding physical piece.
What you cannot do is deliver or sell the digital file of my design to your end client, or transfer the license to them so they can use it on their own.
The digital file and the rights of use remain under the control of the company that acquired the license, within the terms established in that license.
For example, if a client of your company chooses one of my invitations for their civil wedding, you can show them the collection, add their texts and send the file to a printer to produce their invitations. I can also take care of adding the texts and preparing the final file for printing.
The end client will receive the finished invitation or physical product, but will not receive the original digital file of my design nor acquire independent rights over it.
Naturally, all uses must respect the restrictions on this page and the terms of the license acquired. In particular, my designs may not be used for religious events or for projects with a Christmas theme.
If you prefer that I adapt and add the texts for each event, I can also do that for you. This service is additional and can be requested whenever you need it, with enough notice to prepare the work.
Once a collection has been acquired, we can keep working together on an ongoing basis to adapt the texts and prepare the designs for your different events and clients. Each request will be quoted beforehand according to the work needed.
Purchasing a design or collection does not mean buying or transferring the intellectual property of the design.
The intellectual property and copyright of my designs remain with me. What you acquire is a commercial license of use, with the rights and limitations set out in the corresponding license.
Within the terms of the license acquired, you can:
The license is tied to the company that acquires it. Its purpose is to let you use my designs within your professional activity and produce the authorized products for your own clients, without the digital file or the rights of use passing to those end clients.
The specific terms of each license are detailed in the license document you will receive together with your quote.
Compliance with the conditions set out in the license is mandatory. Any use of the design that breaches the terms of the license, including its use for religious events or projects with a Christmas theme, may result in immediate cancellation of the license and the end of all authorized uses of the designs.
In the event of a breach, the client must immediately stop any use of the design and, where applicable, remove the design from any products, media or channels in which it is being used.
The license cannot be considered valid for uses that contravene the conditions expressly set out in it.
Catalog collections that are not exclusive can be licensed to other companies. Therefore, if you choose a non-exclusive collection, the same design may be used by other professionals or companies.
If you need a design to be exclusive to your company, you can request exclusivity by:
The conditions and cost of exclusivity will be set according to your needs and the design selected.
Temporary exclusivity ends when the agreed period ends, unless both parties agree to a renewal.
Permanent exclusivity means that design will never be licensed to third parties again.
Exclusivity does not automatically imply a transfer of the copyright or intellectual property of the design. Any additional right must be expressly established in the corresponding agreement.
All catalog designs include my signature, discreetly integrated so as not to interfere with the aesthetic of the design.
If you prefer your brand to appear instead, you can request it when placing your order.
This option has an additional cost, as it involves a change in the attribution of authorship and the corresponding authorizations.
Prices are not published on the website because each project can have different needs.
The quote may depend on factors such as:
If you have a specific project, want to know the available options or would like to request a quote, you can contact me.
The full legal conditions of the license are detailed in the license document you will receive together with your quote.
Once the quote is accepted and the first payment made, the project is reserved and becomes part of my work schedule.
If you wish to cancel a project after it has started, the applicable conditions will depend on the work done up to that point and on what is established in the quote and the corresponding terms of engagement.
For exclusive designs, any work already done may be subject to the cancellation conditions previously agreed.
Before starting any project I will inform you of the applicable conditions.
Payment is made in two parts: 50% when you hire the service and 50% when the work is finished, for both catalog collections and exclusive designs, unless another condition is agreed in writing.
Timelines depend on the complexity of the design, the number of designs and sizes requested, the scope of the project and my workload at the time the order is placed.
Once the quote is accepted, I will give you an estimated start date and an approximate delivery date.
The timeline may vary depending on the modifications or revisions the project requires and on how quickly the necessary decisions, materials or approvals are received from the client.
Any mistake on my part will always be corrected at no additional cost.
Once the final design has been delivered and approved, any new request for modification will have an additional cost.
This includes, among others:
The cost of these changes will be communicated beforehand, before the work is done.
This page offers a general explanation of how I work and of the main conditions of my services.
The full legal conditions applicable to each purchase are found in the corresponding license document, which you will receive together with your quote.
If there is any difference between the general information on this page and the specific conditions of the license acquired, the conditions set out in that license will prevail.
If you have any doubt about the use you want to give a design, it is important that you ask me before acquiring it. That way I can confirm whether your intended use is permitted and, if necessary, state it expressly in the license.
